Lesson style
Skype (video phone) has become a mainstream service in other countries, but it is not so popular in Japan. Skype is an application that uses the Internet, both domestically and internationally, so you don’t have to pay any call charges to use Skype. All you have to do is download the application to your device, go to your home or studio, and start Skype.
This is a picture of an actual lesson! The instructor will be available on two screens.
01 Where you want to be!
You can take the class anywhere you have an internet connection!
You can take the class at home, at your local studio, at the park, or anywhere else.
02 Schedule is flexible!
It is not a fixed day or time as we decide on a day that fits our schedules.
Changes can be made up to the day before.
03 Lessons can be recorded!
By using Skype’s recording feature, you can record the entire lesson or just parts of it.
04 Music scores are exchanged via data!
You can send and receive scores in real time using Skype’s chat function!
05 Your favorite song in the lesson!
You choose the songs you want to play in the lessons, and we will create your own sheet music according to your level.
We don’t start with “easy” songs, but start with “favorite” songs that you can play according to your level!
06 Subscriptions for prep and review!
As an option, for 980 yen per month, you can learn what you want to know, but you can also review and prepare videos!

Born in 1984. Born in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.
Entered Konan Junior High School and High School. Joined the Konan Brass Ensemble Club and won the first prize and the Good Player Award at the 1999 Kanto Jazz Festival.
Won the first prize at the Japan Jazz Festival in 2000.
In 2001, he won the first prize at the Japan Jazz Festival and was awarded the “Nice Player” prize.
Entered the Department of Human Sciences, Faculty of Letters, Konan University in 2003.
Served as a drummer for the Konan University Newport Jazz Orchestra and won the Best Soloist Award at the 36th YAMANO BIGBAND CONTEST.
He started his career as a professional drummer in 2008.
After that, he went to New York City by himself and performed there.
Returned to Japan in 2015. Based in Nagoya, Japan, he has been active as a nationwide musician.
In 2018, he signed an artist endorsement contract with Istanbul Mehmet, a major cymbal manufacturer.
In 2021, he signed an artist endorsement contract with the drum cajon company “Gypsy”.
